BRAZED PLATE HEAT EXCHANGERS are one of the most efficient means to transfer heat from one medium to another. it can act as condensers, evaporators,oil or gas coolers and widely used in many different industries,such as heat pump system,chiller system,air conditioning process,refrigeration,data center cooling and residential heating.
Heat exchanger is made of SS316/SS304 plate by copper ornickel welding.Provides high corrosion resistance to various fluid,and the vacuum hard welding process enables the plate heat exchanger to reach a pressure resistance of 45 bar.
Due to their compact structure,they occupy less space thangasketed heat exchangers.High resistance temperatureMIN-180°ºC / MAX 250°ºC,Can be used as super coolers and condensers.

The user can choose between fluid-fluid calculations (without phase change), evaporation, condensing and steam. Software works in verify, design or selection mode. In VERIFY mode you have to specify all the exchangers data, so geometry plate, number of plates, number of passes primary and secondary side. In DESIGN mode you have to specify the following exchangers data, so geometry plate, number of passes primary and secondary side. The software will calculate the best number of plates that satisfy the requested parameters, like for example capacity and pressure drops. In SELECTION mode you can specify the requested parameters, like for example capacity,max pressure drops, number of passes. The software will calculate the best plate geometry and the number of plates. PHE can also analyze 30°, 45° and 60° herringbone angles. You can easily realize your own design calculation, using High-Theta or Low-Theta plates or even create a custom Chevron Angle for the pattern. The user can also set the percentage of High Theta or Low Theta plates used in the exchanger.
