Pretank's IBC totes are made by high density polyethylene(HDPE)through blowing or rotating molding process, widely used in chemical, pharmacy,sewage treatment, agriculture irrigation and food beverage for purpose of storage, transportation, mixing and irrigation. Comparing with other materials of barrels/vessels, it has apparent characteristics of no leakage, anti-pressure or falling, anti UV and anti acid/alkali and high temperature.

Quality Control & Inspection

Drop Test - 98% Testing liquid

Fill the container with 98% testing liquid, reduce the temperature to -18°C, and drop from the height of 1.9m. No break, no leakage.

Hydraulic Test - 100 Kpa hydraulic pressure
Fill the container with water at 100Kpa, and maintain 10 minutes at normal temperature. No break, no leakage.

Stacking Test - 98% Testing liquid
Fill the container with 98% testing water, loaded weight 1.8 times of the maximum permitted weight at upper part, under temperature no lower than 40°C for 28 days, the container is not toppled down and deformed and liquid is not leaked.

Vibration Test - 98% Testing liquid
Fill the two containers with 98% testing liquid, stacked on the vibration platform and vibrate them for one hour.The oscillation amplitude is larger than 1.5mm, it should be the frame is not de-welded, the container is not deformed and liquid is not leaked.
 
Low temperature test
The container is filled with 98% of the capacity of water, add antifreeze coolant, and keep for 24 hours under the condition of -18°C, the product is not deformed, no leakage.
