Emulsifying pump is a combination of rotary stator, in high speed rotation to produce strong shear force to achieve the purpose of mixing, crushing, emulsifying.  Efficient online dispersing equipment, installed in the pipeline can be continuous processing of materials.  And eliminate quality differences between batches,the basic structure is composed of a pump cavity and a pair of fixed rotors.  
 
working principle
The equipment adopts horizontal structure.  In the long and narrow working cavity is provided with a set of rotating stator, rotating stator coupling, highly matched.  By high-speed motor drives the intermediate
shaft, the stator forms vacuum, material from imported drawn into the stator cavity, strong kinetic energy make the rotor produces high linear velocity, material in turn, stator gaps between strong impact, crushing, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer after friction, strong shear flies out, in a variety of different direction under the action of force, produce strong turbulence,  The material flows out of the outlet.  Multiple cycles can be performed.  
 
Features:  
Single-stage in-line high shear emulsifying machine (single-stage in-line high shear emulsifying pump) working with a group, the stator, the high speed rotating rotor produce strong centrifugal force, the material from the axial suction, the stator's work area, all materials must be after work cavity multilayer, the stator shear processing, and then out of the radial jet, after a treatment or loop,  Complete dispersion emulsification homogenization process, the final product.  It has short distance and low range conveying function.

1. The flow range in the table refers to the data measured when the medium is "water". The outlet
2. pressure of the models listed in the table is less than or equal to 0.2mpa.  
3. If the cycle process is used, it is recommended to use with intermittent high shear dispersion

In case of high temperature and high pressure inflammable, explosive and corrosive conditions, relevant accurate parameters must be clearly provided to facilitate correct selection and customization.
