Feature

 

VCT can be used as open top fermenter. When with the lid adjusted according to the liquid level and sealed with the air gasket, it also can be used as full storage tank.

 

Precise or customized arranged cooling jacket on the tank body makes temperature control stable. It also can meet the requirement of half-tank wine temperature cooling in use.

Windlass

Strong rotary arm device, thrust ball bearing rotary device, easy to rotate.

Humanized design of the hand device, with self-locking function, stainless steel wire rope lifting floating roof tank (can float up and down smoothly), with fracture protection measures, with adjustable legs.

Bottom

The lower head is designed for large slope inclined flat bottom, the lowest point is installed square manhole, easy to discharge slag, large capacity cooling jacket covering the area..

 

Reinforced channel

Tank mouth channel steel reinforcing ring (circular surface, non - Angle steel reinforcing ring, avoid injury), ensure the roundness of the tank, not easy to deformation.

Racking Outlet

Equipped with multi-position butterfly valve which can control the flow of racking. Sealed with EPDM rubber, no leakage risk.

 

Manhole

Various manhole for optional. Meet your requirement of pomace discharge, tank cleaning or maintenance. Sealed with EPDM rubber, no leakage risk

 

Floating lid

Rubber ring and pump imported from France (working pressure visible).
