Description:

Prettech stainless steel edible oil tank is designed to be a good choice for sanitary bulk oil storage. It's all stainless steel 304 made(ss 316L for high acid oils). The tank can be designed to be on legs or on concrete plinth, depends on the tank capacity. Filtering vent ensure the sanitary inside the tank even in dusty working environment.Heating jacket or inner heating coil is mounted for palm oil and tallow tanks, to maintain the flow of these high viscosity oil.We can also supply related load cells for oil tanks if those tanks are used in the processing lines.

The stainless steel oil storage tanks are used in varied oils, not only in edible oil, such as palm oil,olive oil,soybean oil, sunflower oil,tea tree oil,etc. but also in animal oil, such as fish oil and industrial oil. 
Prettech tanks are over engineered and heavy duty made, all welds are grounded and pickled, laser processing and automatic welding minimize the welding defects, keep the tanks in service longer time.

The edible oil storage tank is usually processed with fixed&convex top, conical or slope for self draining, supported on legs or concrete plinth, including some necessaries of air vent, oil inlet tube, drainage port and outlet port.
