This type of tank is used for red wine vinification. It provides unlimited access to cap and is easy to submerge the cap. The large sloped bottom enable a very easy and smooth discharge of skins and seeds after the fermentation. These manually-plunged tanks can be designed to sit on stainless steel legs. The leg height is customized according to the pomace bin you have.
