Product Details

The circulation pipe and spray ball enable the must to be pumped over the cap, which helps the maceration, and maximize color extraction without compromising efficiency.

Slope bottom provides an easy discharge of liquid, and the large rectangular manhole makes the emptying and cleaning of tank interior easy and simply.

Cooling jacket is optional for controlling the fermenting temperature perfectly.

Filting grid mounted onto the interior tank to filt the residues, and filtering plate at the drainage port for further filtering.

 

Fabrication

Prettech tanks are made of SS304 grade stainless steel. It offers the best properties for sanitary, food and beverage processing. For highly-corrosive environments, such as salty or acidic areas, tanks can be manufactured out of the higher-grade SS316L stainless steel. All stainless materials are purchased from first quality steel mills, their qualified MTC is supplied and Pretank would inspect again before put in our warehouse.

TIG welding are adopted to make stainless steel tanks. All welding and polishing workers are qualified and rookie trained well before they start to work in our company.
