Product Description

Normally, both the shell and the tube bundle are free from expansion, thus causing no thermal stress between the shell and the tube bundle when the temperature difference of the two mediums is large. In addition, the heat exchanger is easy to inspect and clean mechanically because the tube bundle can be removed at all.
Floating head type heat exchanger produced is of the large heat exchange area and handling capacity. It can bear high pressure and temperature. It uses argon welding equipment and electro-polishing treatment between shells and tubes. With strict inspection and testing procedure, it is a nice product for heat exchange of fluid media in industrial production. 
Floating head heat exchanger tube plate is fixed between the shell and the tube box, another end of the tube plate can move freely in the shell,and when the tube is heated, the tube bundle together with the floating head can be adjustable freely along with the axial ,  eliminate the temperature difference stress completely.
