Slope Bottom Open Top Fermentation Tank With Dimple Jacket ( Size can be customized) is used for red wine fermentation. It provides unlimited access to cap and is easy to submerge the cap. These manually-plunged tanks can be designed to sit on stainless steel legs, forklife channel or mounted on galvanised stands with platforms on each side to allow easy access while allowing the vessels to be elevated above the necessary equipment.
