For the production of 10% alcohol vinegar.  


Fermenter Performance:
The vinegar fermentation tank has a performance of 9ml pure alcohol / 100ml and a yearly performance of 3000t of vinegar, based on vinegar with 10% acetic acid at a filling volume of 20t.  The alcohol concentration is measured online.

Scope of supply

1. Stainless steel tank with cooling coil
Material: SS 321 for tank body;SS 316 for components as aerator, deforming, condenser, valves and manhole; SS304 for non-wetted part as ladder and legs.
1 ladder with back protection and handrail, SS304 material.
1 guard rail on tank body, SS304 material.
Cooling Coil: material SS 316Ti  designed for the maximum heat production of the vinegar fermentation tank and a maximum cooling water temperature at max. 24°C

2.High Performance Aerator
 Material: 316L stainless steel material for wetted part.
 Power: 18.5kw (range from 200W to 55KW)   
 Maximum air volume: 250 m3/h
 Rated working ventilation rate: 150 m3/h
 Max. Speed: 0.5g/100ml.h
 Acid produce amount: 6.0 g/100ml (45hour)
 Acetic acid conversion rate: 90%  (95% with condenser)
 Highest yield of acetic acid: 9.0g/100ml

3. Deforming:
Material: 304 stainless steel.
Power: 4kw.
It use centrifugal force to shear the foam elimination produced by fermentation process and make the gas and liquid can be separated. Separated liquid can be returned to the fermentation tank, reducing the loss of escape liquid. This deforming is combined with condensing system, which can more effectively reduce the loss of fermentation liquid under the condition of large gas volume.

4. Condenser: 
Alcohol and acetic acid are volatile substances, during fermentation the alcohol is taken away by constant exhaust.If an alcohol collector is added to the exhaust, a large amount of volatile alcohol and acetic acid can be recovered by freezing and condensing the exhaust gas.
Save raw materials, and also environmental protection clean exhaust gas.
Prettech's Alcohol collector is made of stainless steel, automatic continuous circulation system and recycling. Suitable for recovery of tail gas from vinegar fermentation tank of 15-30 cubic meters vinegar fermentation tank. Can improve the conversion rate of raw materials by more than 3-5%.  

5.Online alcohol concentration, oxygen dissolve, pH degree measurement. The Siemens PLC with user-friendly color display controls the activation of motors, pumps, sensors and the actual process control. Operating the software via the touch panel is comprehensive and logically structured thus can be mastered efficiently in a very short time.
Important data are displayed such as:

·  Alcohol concentration
·  Filling level
·  Process status (fermentation phase)
·  Alcohol degradation rate (alcohol % / h)
·  Aspirated air flow
The following functions are controlled by the PLC:
